We do not. We carry everything we need onboard our van. The most important thing is we have access to the vehicle and enough room to work comfortably.

At our business, we accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. If you opt to pay with one of these methods, we will provide you with an invoice sent to your email address.
If you don't need to be present for the entire time (or at all), all we need is access to the vehicle and enough space to work. Once we're done, we'll send you an online invoice for payment via card.
It depends on the size and condition of the vehicle. Generally speaking, between 1.0 to 3.0 hours. Once we see the condition, we can give you a more accurate time range.
Absolutely not. We do not use harsh chemicals and there will be zero trace of any smell other than your clean car. Till this day, we’ve never had a customer mention anything about a chemical smell.
Unfortunately, if your clear coat is peeling, which we call clear coat failure, then there’s not much a detailer can do. At that point, you’ll need the vehicle to be resprayed. If there’s only a little bit of clear coat failure on a certain panel, then your paint can still be saved.
We offer a few interior cleaning services to meet the level of condition of your vehicle. If you have a brand-new vehicle, you most likely don’t need the Full Interior Cleaning. Instead, you can opt-in for the Mini Interior Detail and ask us to protect the leather and plastic surfaces.
We don’t remove seats from the interior. We have the proper tools and machines like air compressors, extractor, and steamer to get the job done.
The trunk is always included in both Interior Packages, however, if it is overly filled with clothing, shoes, toys, and larger items, we may not be able to clean it.
If you would prefer to bring your vehicle to us, that's no problem! We are available by appointment, so just let us know when you would like to come in and we'll set it up. There are no additional costs associated with bringing your vehicle to our shop rather than our mobile services (some services may require dropping it off). Our engine bay cleanings are designed to target the top layer of dirt and grime. However, if the oil/grease leak is too substantial and has seeped into the nooks and crannies of the engine bay, it may not be possible to completely remove it. If the leak has been present for an extended period of time, it can make the cleaning process even more difficult.
Once we've finished cleaning and drying the engine bay, we can optionally apply a water-based dressing to all the plastic and rubber components. If you don't want us to use the dressing, just let us know and we'll skip this step.
